The initial appointment usually lasts for a minimum of one hour and subsequent sessions normally last a minimum of half an hour:

We issue a questionnaire to the parent for completion prior to the initial session. All appointments normally last half an hour 

 

A fee is normally charged for missed appointments, or for cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the appointment.
